Post-Sales activities including supervision of team members (NOC Manager/ Maintenance Manager/Technical Advocate) as well as definition and follow up of project planning/milestones, resources management and project deliveries
Financial management follow up on acceptance certificates and contract closure.
Anticipate risk and evaluate related financial and customer satisfaction impacts.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA/KPI.
Ensure proper customer follow-up and escalation for incidents and problems.
Responsible for project implementations (Swap) within committed project plan to Mobily.
The key customer interface to the Customer for all project related business extension.
Manage customer deliverables and expectation.
Ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget and profitability plan.
Lead the project lifecycle till customer acceptance and project closure.
Responsible for Alcatel lucent RAN products introduction and all technical aspects towards the customer to secure the product integration to customer network, assigned as a TPM for the following projects,
