Prepare annual marketing calendar and budgets to meet the marketing strategic planning requirements.
•Recommend annual marketing strategy such as promotions, campaigns, launch events etc.
Operational Responsibilities:
Develop advertising strategy between Lexus Division and advertising agency to select most appropriate & effective campaigns and media to accomplish expected results for promoting different products and services.
Plan with CMO and present suggested campaign plans and programs along with layouts to Lexus Business Director for negotiation, modifications if required, or for final approval.
Track via Business Object sales enrollment in programs in order to monitor advertising effectiveness.
Assist CMO in the implementation of ongoing mass marketing or programs in conformity with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct orientation briefs sessions with Team Leaders, Vehicle Sales, and providing full details regarding any new advertising campaign if required.
Coordinate with Lexus Division preparation of master calendar/schedule of events or classes for use in advertising and promotion for full fiscal year.
Communicate in clear manner with Lexus required promotion programs combining advertising with purchase incentives to increase sales which may involve direct mail, telemarketing, radio advertising, catalogs, exhibits, inserts in newspapers, magazines, internet advertisements, in-store display or product endorsements and special events.
Assists CMO in designing & implementing niche marketing and promotion plan on certain sub segments such as teachers, doctors, high school students, university students, sub nationalities and new homeowners.
Coordinate with online division for Lexus new launches ensuring the implementation of various related URLs for Lexus models represented by Al-Sayer Group in Kuwait.
