Working closely with the IT, marketing, financial, HR, Maintains and all support departments.
Recruiting, training staff and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals well met.
- Supervising and directing employees in their day-to-day tasks, recruiting, follow the training and motivating for all staff.
- Responsible for proposing an overall budget, delivering monthly revenue forecasts.

- Conduct monthly store audits and utilize audits in performance management.

operation manager for Circle K (Egypt) Working closely with the
IT, sales, marketing and support departments to ensure revenue and
customer satisfaction goals are met.
