Sampling, testing and analyzing intermediates, final products and incoming raw materials. Re-validating expired batches. Adjustment of batches to meet customers' requirements. Communication with customers regarding any complaints or changes desired in future batches.
Documenting test results, lab reports and all lab activities on daily and monthly basis with meeting the ISO 9001 requirements.
Storing reference samples of all approved batches. Supervising on all lab instruments. Calibration and re- verification of instruments on daily, weekly and monthly basis accordingly.
Working as a team and individually in shifts, and communicating with the concerned departments such as production and procurements departments .
Sampling, testing and analyzing incoming raw materials and chemicals shipments necessary to production. Testing intermediates and finished goods. Documenting tests, results and lab reports with meeting the ISO 9001 requirements. Storing reference samples of all approved batches and tested raw materials.
