Implement the project Quality System, including the Project Quality Plan and Quality Management
Procedures to ensure framework is in place for quality compliance requirements.
• Initiate, review, approve and maintain, as applicable, quality procedures including Quality Control
Procedures, Inspection Testing Procedures and Quality System Procedures.
• Manage all Quality staff and activities ensuring work is completed in accordance with project
specifications, to the required quality standards and within prescribed timeframes, Includes
allocation and mobilization of resources and monitoring of usage.
• Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within
the project organization.
• Conducting NDT & welding inspection training, Training included courses such as Level I and II
for RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT; Welding Processes; Ultrasonic Testing of Weldments; Radiographic
Film Interpretation; and Introduction to Certified Welding Inspector.
• Review and approval of NDT procedures.
• Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within
the project organization.
• Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project Quality issues.
• Act as liaison between the client, Quality Control team, the Engineering team and construction
Team for the establishing and co-ordination of inspection activities.
• Attend site meetings with client on all matters relating to Quality Control.
• Perform quality audits on projects, suppliers, sub-contractors to ensure compliance ISO compliance
obligations are met.
• Establish inspection and test schedules and programs.
• Develop and implement a nonconformance system to support inspection activities.
• Establish a system for Final Certification Documentation and assume responsibility for compilation
to confirm project construction is completed in accordance with contract requirements and facilitate
client sign-off and payment.
• Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan, Ensure implementation of the plan, Ensure
that training records are maintained.
• Ensure that all works follow and practice of International codes and standard, and ensure that all
inspection is in accordance with approved QCP’s/ITP's.

• Ensure that all Materials and equipment received on site are inspected as per the approved related
documents and are properly stored.

Preparation and conducting approval of welding Procedure specifications (WPSs) procedure
Qualification Records (PQRs) and follow-up with the Client for final approval.
• Audit the overall welding activities, Analyse welding problems, propose solutions and make sure
they are implemented.
• Supervise the welder’s qualification and monitoring their performance.
• Ensure that all QC Welding activities have been carrying out in accordance with the approved
procedures, ITP's QCP's and client specifications.
• Monitor and audit NDT subcontractors' quality performance.
• Provide technical direction, testing, training and work assignments for QC welding inspectors.
• Control the application of welding procedures and qualified welders during production welding.
• Manage all quality control activities related to welding.
• Interpretation of AUT charts, TOFD charts and RT films.

• Verification that dimensions, fit-up and weld preparations are in accordance with specifications.

• Responsible for Calibration, Operation and Maintenance of Automatic Ultrasonic Machine (GE/ Type SNUP-LO/OFF With Pipe End Test Equipment Rep.) Used For Evaluation Both Longitudinal and Transfer Discontinuities for Longitudinal Seam Weld Of Pipes and Test Ends of Pipes for Lamination and verifying all indications with manual ultrasonic.
• Responsible for all QC activities of Hot Bending Mill.
