Project Experiences :
• Installation and Configuration of IT equipment such as (HP Server & Tape Auto loader, SAN Storage , Nutanix hyper converged server )
• Build & configure High available Hyper-V 2012 R2 virtualization solution.
Operational Experiences:
• Third tier support for operational infrastructure, business information systems and Help Desk-related issues.
• Identification, diagnosis and correction of issues related to system services, operating systems, software, utilities, and other ancillary services.
• Availability to address and resolve critical system issues on a 24/7 basis, including notification, escalation and coordination of activities across the organization.
• Investigate and Troubleshoot common issues to develop and enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
• Coordinating and Communicating closely with management and help desk during all unplanned outages.
• Support and maintain servers related hardware to ensure stable operation of enterprise resource planning.
• Support and Maintain servers operating systems and enterprise applications (ie. Windows Server 2016 and 2012, R2, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV hypervisor, etc.).
• Support and Maintain network and server backups. Such as backups of file shares, SQL databases, Active Directory, and ERP System.
• Manage end user access to network resources such as managing permissions on file shares, managing Active Directory Users and groups, and performing audits.
• Managing the data center facilities management including Power, UPS, A/C.
• Designing and Implementing and Managing 20+ server environments (with server-class physical and virtual Machine ).
• In depth experience with storage management 3PAR Storage, MSA 2040 Storage.
• Understanding and Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory & Domain architecture, NTFS permissions, Exchange 2013, RMS, DNS, OS security, and systems patching.
• Understanding and Experience with Red-hat enterprise linux operating system

• SARIE Security: Manage SARIE users & roles also coordinating with SAMA if there is any new project or any troubleshooting for SARIE System
• IT Operations Support: Managing help disk & support for users and troubleshooting for W/S, Printers, Scanners, etc...
• IP Phone: Managing IP Phones CISCO and Call Manager System, also Supporting and troubleshooting.
• Anti-Virus System: Managing and monitoring virus also in our network also managing Trend Micro Anti-Virus updates and Admin control.
• Packaged software, service packs and updates installation / setup.
• Complying with bank policies and standards.
• Documentation and record keeping following the best practices.
• Ensure continuity of Windows (Domain Controller, Exchange, and MS Servers) & Desktop environment.
• Backup Windows server’s critical data and test successful restoration
• Backup Windows users critical data and test successful restoration
• Resolving the day to day support calls on Windows & Desktop.
• Regular reporting status to the Manager.
• Preparing logs and reports on the status of the service calls received, resolved and outstanding with reasons for such outstanding calls.
• Regular Department survey to ascertain and resolve problems, if any and develop new relationship with Department Staff.
• Department Windows & Desktop setup, Windows (Domain Controller, Exchange, MS Servers) & Desktop Support and maintenance.
• Windows & Desktop support for new staff and during users relocation.
• Taking care of Department windows licenses.
• Security Administration of the Department Windows environment.
• Utilize related support and maintenance contracts
