 Constantly improvement the current procedures and make suggestions on improvements that would lead to better service.
 Doing an important role during Security audits.
 Handle Security reports of activities, violations, incidents, etc.
 Monitor country Security level and keep management always updated.
 Manage daily and weekly meetings.
 Enhance the capabilities of Security team.
 Doing process confirmation and GEMBA.
 Handle investigations of Security incidents and apply a proper sanction according to discipline list.
 Collaborate with contractor guard service.
 Give an urgent outlines of loss prevention and awareness programs.
 Acknowledge of on-guard system (access control and CCTV).
 Participate in the selection of Security guards/SV.
 Participate to set the terms and conditions of Security service provider contract.
 Communications of security related topics to all relevant stakeholders.
 Participate in large scale, fulfillment wide projects.
 Act as point of contact in emergency or critical circumstances.

 Ensure a proper access level is granted according to job needs and SOP.

 Reviewing audit trails for unauthorized access attempts and reporting anomalies.
