Station Agent Responsibilities

Provides world class customer experience for the user of Metro
Ensure safety of customers inside the station and when on board

Ticket Office Machine Responsibilities

Provides assistance to Gold customers (VIP) in purchasing tickets
and cards (accepting payments and providing correct change)
Provides correct information regarding products including latest
promotions, discounts etc.
Attend to customer complaints and queries
o Register customer information to system including updates
Ensures VIP passengers are being assisted until they are on
board.
Doing reconciliation, after sales and inventories

Conduct Pre-screening interview over the phone and face to face interview
Upload Job advertisements to several job portals
Assisting walk-in and scheduled applicants

Receive and record job applications, maintain application database and
tracker

End to End Recruitment Process

Checking daily attendance of the employees
Conduct Interviews
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
Maintains 201 file
Enroll new employees in biometrics
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences,
bonus and leaves
Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training, surveys)
Conduct performance evaluation to the employees
