Monitoring and satisfaction of financial obligations with Banks and NBFC’s. Day to day credit monitoring with Banks and Lenders. Financial planning and Analsysis.

Accounting functions: Interacting with different vertical managers at different locations and India and Abroad for Day to day monitoring of Financial Accounting, Inter Company Accounting and its reconciliations. Preparation of Annual Reports, Consolidation reports of Group Companies, Subsidiaries and Associates, Preparation and Monitoring monthly and annual budgets. Assets register maintenance, Internal and External Reporting, Monitoring periodical Direct and Indirect Taxes, Preparation and monitoring Payroll, Monitoring various projects and presentation of Project status and cost reports to the management, Monitoring and Reconciliations of Customers and Vendors to chase them for Collection of receipts and payments in time. Foreign currency transactions, Supporting to Internal and Statutory Audits. Record to Report ( R2R), Purchase (P2P) process and Vendors reconciliations. Sale order (O2C) process and Customer reconciliations. Good exposure in IGAP, IndAS and IFRS. Filling of Service tax returns. Well trained in GST compliances and online process. Handled other statutory returns of various statutory compliances like TDS, PF, ESI etc. Well trained in GST registrations, GST migration to GST portal, Design and implementation of GST compliances in all verticals of the organization. Supporting to Branches for fulfillment of GST returns every month.

Finance Module : Monitoring General Ledger account postings, Invoicing Regularization of deliveries for non-invoiced, Open Financial and Asset module Posting Periods, Maintaining user permissions and User Groups. Periodical Depreciation Run, Maintain Exchange Rates, Post Accrual / Deferral Entries, Reverse Accrual / Deferral Entries, Analyze GR / IR a/c to crystalize and close the liability in the GR / IR a/c to chase up invoices, Revaluation of Foreign Currency Balances, Dunning process. Periodical Clearing open line items in BR and BP ledgers, Automatic and Manual payment Run, Bank reconciliations both in Manual / Automatic. Draw and Design new process and Providing effective training to end users.
Controlling Module;
Reconciliation between FI and CO modules, Settlement of Investment Orders to Fixed Assets ( Assets under construction), Correction of FI documents for wrong cost center postings, Configuring Product costing and monitoring its process flow. Periodical settlement and posting of Product cost orders.
M M and SD : Process flow monitoring from Quotation to GR, Day to day monitoring of issue of stockes and its posting. Periodical Inventory Revaluation, Physical Inventory Differences-Posting after Physical counting, Periodical closure of PO and SO, Check Billing Due List for the last days in the month, General check of SD billing flows of Goods Issues without invoices, Release pending SD billing for Accounting.
