Advising the Board on its Digital Strategy, leading digital analysis, transformation change initiatives and the migration of on-premise infrastructure and applications to both an Azure and AWS cloud solution. Results:
•Refreshed the existing £12m Digital Transformation Business Case post engagement with PWC to ensure its currency and that it reflected the true costs and savings with well-articulated mitigations to the high-level risks.
•Drove the production of the Procurement Strategy and Invitation To Tender (ITT) documentation to source strategic partnerships for solutions such as Microsoft for O365, SharePoint and Dynamics
•Led the production of BCC's new supplier performance management approach whilst utilising it on existing suppliers. This resulted in the removal of an existing underperforming supplier.
•Supported the capture of the existing IT operating model and produced a gap analysis report against best practices in the market at the time. ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
