- Updating CVS’s on the database of the company using PCR.

- Looking for candidates on different recruitment websites such as Bayt.com and Linkedin.com eligible to fit in different designations required by client companies.
- Conducting phone calls with candidates to judge their conversational skills and to have a thorough background check which had to be further reported to the supervisors. A list of recommended candidates eligible for fitting in various jobs then had to be submitted to the supervisors based on the conversations held with them
Job responsibilities included:
- Contacting managers of hotels, restaurants and spas to analyze the quality of the services provided by them.
- Providing a feedback to the superiors about these hotels based on the conversations with the managers and where the services needed improvement.
