Operating 7000 Containers In & Out Bound per year with all relevant activities including all process starting from Warehouse receivables, Planning, Import purchase orders Clearance procedures based on Part Load containers and Temporary Allowance of raw materials .
Monitoring/Supervising Warehouse operations with Warehouse Managers (Receipt, Transfer, Stock) .
Monitoring proper storage, distribution of products meeting On Time In Full Deliveries .
Monitoring/Supervising Planning operations with planning team .
Contributing in development and improving execution of systems and SOP’s .
Support Revenue Growth, Contribute in operating profit.
Arranges resources including 3rd party to deliver business rules, fulfilment of order to cash processes, performance and product life circle .
Ensure accident free and safe operation by full adherence to Lecico policies and standards .

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimise cost, enhance efficiency and customer service .
