• Support the Project team in the execution of the project according to established plans: organize coordination meeting with project partners and project team members…
• Coordinate call for applications and candidate’s invitation for training program / event…
• Work with project team to increase participants attendance at events/training/info session. This includes writing email, phone campaigns, organizing info sessions directed to youth participants.
• Support in the organization of different events related to the project (pitch day, graduation ceremony…)
• Coordinate with Communication Officer in order to maintain and update content within the project social network to cover project events, news updates and contribute to the creation and updating announcement
• Participate in the Preparation/update project status report
• Plan, coordinate and schedule all logistical details and makes necessary arrangements for programs and/or services in assigned area of responsibility.
-Updating EFE-Tunisie Employer Partners Database / Use of Sales Force CRM
-Updating EFE-Tunisie existing and potential Donors Database:
• Benchmark of Employment Stakeholders in Tunisia (Suggested)
• Benchmark of Entrepreneurship Stakeholders (Suggested)
• Provide engaging and articulate information about MedeaCup value proposition to potential customers.
• Develop a stony knowledge of our ventures in order to facilitate the sales process.

•Lead generation of companies that can be looked at for potential business.
•Pitching to the clients over calls.
•Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
