Spearhead team efforts related to developing and rolling out hospitality development project in a World Heritage site buffer zone in KSA.
Assess and render consultancy on earlier IFC architectural proposals to ensure alignment with the conservation reports, master plans, and guidelines.
Guide the contractors in ensuring compliance with the various policies and protocols during excavations of historic importance.
Supervise the construction of the Project to ensure the Contractors works are constructed in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Design Calculations, Drawings, Reports and heritage guidelines and to keep the Client informed about the Contractor's progress.
Work with the sub-consultants, respond to contractor queries and provide technical solutions and advice on the revised IFC submissions (Architecture, ID, Landscaping and Signage ).
Partner with the contractor and the SIEC supervision team during the detailed design stage to ensure alignment of designs with approved IFC drawings and details, reports, and conservation requirements.
Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision-making.
Assist the Project Management Consultant to carry out regular inspections of the construction and materials delivered to site to confirm that the Works are constructed following Construction guidelines.

Managed serial nomination in the UAE in coordination with the local entities through an action plan that guides actions between our SGTS management office and the partners.
Prepared and presented the SGTS Management Plan for the eight nominated sites and components to be submitted to UNESCO.
Set up two heritage sites for ICOMOS Expert visit in coordination with the 7 technical persons and 50 site managers across 3 sites.
Designed and delivered 25+ presentations on Cultural Heritage legislation, processes and requirements to effectively manage cultural heritage issues.
Raised public awareness and engagement strategy in cultural heritage through workshops, local communities' meetings, and through the increase of use of sites for a range of activities.
Rendered necessary support services in Signage and Wayfinding project for the eight nominated sites and components based on the project requirements and heritage guidelines.
Coordinated with the multidisciplinary team on the development and enforcement of development guidelines, urban design guidelines (UDG), and architectural guidelines in the core and buffer zones for the eight sites.
Spearheaded the heritage impact assessment (HIA) project on one of the nominated heritage sites with the involvement of five stakeholders. Rolled out the risk management system for the eight sites.

Curator & Director of the Conservation Office of the old Medina of Tunis at Institut Nationale du Patrimoine

Developed and rolled out studies for the restoration and conservation of historical monuments (houses, palaces, forts, mosques).

Participated in many restoration projects, from study to execution for several types of historic buildings (houses, mosques, palaces, shops, covered souqs, forts).
