Spearhead team efforts related to developing and rolling out hospitality development project in a World Heritage site buffer zone in KSA.
Assess and render consultancy on earlier IFC architectural proposals to ensure alignment with the conservation reports, master plans, and guidelines.
Guide the contractors in ensuring compliance with the various policies and protocols during excavations of historic importance.

Managed serial nomination in the UAE in coordination with the local entities through an action plan that guides actions between our SGTS management office and the partners.
Prepared and presented the SGTS Management Plan for the eight nominated sites and components to be submitted to UNESCO.
Set up two heritage sites for ICOMOS Expert visit in coordination with the 7 technical persons and 50 site managers across 3 sites.

Drafted and presented agreements between the National Heritage Institute and various other administrations (ministries, governorates, municipalities, NGOs) for the restoration & rehabilitation monuments projects.
