This is a luxury retail brand, i learned how to treat customers in a luxury way, eye contact, body language, following up, up selling, cross selling and achieve my sales target at the end of the month. so as i give training for the new joiners about the product knowledge and palace service with customers. and i have done a lot of reports such as monthly KPI’s.

A big experience for me, i have learned a lot of things about how to control the staff and how to manage the work to be done perfectly, also how to manage the financial system, computer issues.
