Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), to identify and define projects requirements, scope and objective, including attending regular meetings and recording minutes, to keep all parties informed of progress, and resolve any unexpected technical difficulty that may arise.
Coordinate the electromechanical and interior works.
Run the project on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and monitoring office and site labor force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors.
Advise the execution detail and material selection.
Provide design proposals and material samples to meet the client perception.
Checking drawings, quantities, design and finishing, and ensuring that the calculations, details and materials are accurate for the work before release to production.
Follow up material order and quotations.
Resolve design queries and issues related to the project including site obstacles, finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up.
Distribute works and duties to the team members in what best meets the project interest.
Provide clients and representative weekly update of the planning schedule in order not to miss the delivery date.
Provide clients approval on project cost and submitted actual selection form, in what best meets the quality cost and time.
Prepare BOQ.
Submit cost variations for client’s approvals.

• Provide documentations, detailed instruction drawings and specifications for each team by trade, prior to execution and production.
•Supervise multiple trade foremen, and provide them delivery dates to follow.
•Coordinate with the electromechanical subcontractors to ensure work completion and compatibility with the design finishing works.
•Follow up material suppliers and ensure items meet requirements and on time delivery.
•Prepare cutting lists and follow up delivery.
•Monitor wood installation and advise solutions for any obstacle that arise.
•Supervise design execution work, finishing and material application to meet approved documents and drawings.
•Prepare daily reports for the site work progress and pending items.
•Prepare snag lists and follow up completion.
•Prepare handing over and taking over forms.
