• Lead and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers or vendors and coordinate efforts to close projects successfully
• Build strong relationships with key contacts of Data Consult’s suppliers and resolve supplier issues with shipments or orders (delays, flaws, product issues, etc.) in a timely manner
• Send price inquiries to suppliers, register deals, and negotiate prices to get the best deals possible, including discount levels, commercial terms, delivery/shipping terms and other order details
• Prepare tender response documents for different sectors, including Service Providers, Government, and commercial sectors while meeting evaluation standards
• Prepare commercial proposals/quotations and compile detailed project costing
• Coordinate on the terms of delivery for multi-destination orders
• Identify new potential local or international suppliers/vendors, and initiate business with them
• Process closed projects in coordination with different teams such as Accounting, Logistics, Solutions Architects, and Project Management departments and follow up on them until delivery and final project acceptance
• Plan and coordinate trainings for staff and customers locally and abroad
• Monitor renewals of Data Consult’s internal and customer IT renewal programs
• Process sales orders and issue purchase orders on GP Microsoft ERP Accounting Software
• Act as an inside sales who receives customer inquiries/issues and manage them to meet the customers’ requirements
• Ensure professional relationships and adopt best practices to meet clients’ highest expectations and satisfaction while achieving the highest possible standings
