• Operated Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software to perform the best preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Directed and coordinated installations, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspected completed installations and observed operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Ensured all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
• Supervised and negotiated maintenance contracts with companies, while maintaining professional relationship.
• Prepare monthly reports for the client including monthly utilities consumption, preventive and breakdown tasks and invoices.
• Prepare SOW, SLA and KPIs for the maintenance agreements.
