• Integrity & Maintenance Build programme development for multiple assets in a new operating region.
• Coordinate a team of Multi-discipline Maintenance professionals, of different skills & cultures, working from multiple locations.
• Support Performance Standard, Criticality, Equipment Strategy, Planning Content, Work instruction & Maintenance Matrix development.
• Support Master Equipment List maintainability reviews, tag hierarchy build, strategy to tag and EX/Safety Critical assignment through to CMMS load file generation.
• Coordinate CMMS Maintenance plan starting priorities, in parallel to system handover skyline.
• Develop, deploy, and continuously improve standards, processes, and data, as SAP PM Regional Admin.
• Develop Scope of work for various maintenance support contracts.
• Manage & support Maintenance Support Contract holder.
Ichthys LNG Project - Located 220 km offshore Western Australia in the Browse Basin, Ichthys represents the largest discovery of hydrocarbon liquids in Australia in 50 years. The FPSO Ichthys Venturer is one of the largest and most advanced facilities of its kind in the world.
• Utilising Japanese guiding principles & business models, supported the creation of Ichthys operations within Australia, the first time inpex had taken on the role of project operator, on one of the largest hydrocarbon liquid discoveries in Australia to date.
• Provided technical support in deploying industry best practices related to planning, operation and maintenance in the development of several business processes, based on the values, Safety, Integrity, Diversity, Ingenuity and Collaboration.
• Develop operations schedules, liaise with counterparts in onshore, shutdown and campaign maintenance groups ensuring transparent communications, availability of resources and maintenance for optimum plant uptime.
• Serve as subject matter expert for planning, coach offshore staff, supervise business processes from work order generation through to technical closure and assure highest standard in SAP PM data quality.
• Support facility management of all activities including provision of SAP data analysis and reporting.
• Member of the facility emergency incident command support team in multiple roles as required - communications and logistics officer, scribe/log keeper, FFLB coxswain, fire team member and helideck assistant.
The Liverpool Bay Development is BHP’s largest single project worldwide with offshore operations centered on the Douglas Complex - a three-platform facility that monitors and controls 3 unmanned satellite platforms.

• Managed verification of safety critical elements, coordinated with independent third parties to ensure consistent regulatory compliance.
• Promote and support adoption of industry best practices related to planning, operations and maintenance.
• Offshore focal for planning scheduling and coordination of offshore asset activities ensuring optimum utilization of equipment and personnel.
• Performed continual reviews of installation performance against Key Performance Indicators, identified opportunities for improvement and recommended appropriate action plans

• Dealt with safe and efficient operations and maintenance of all mechanical, rotating and static equipment and associated systems - gas turbines, centrifugal compressors and ancillaries, diesel generators, pumps (reciprocating, vacuum, positive displacement, Archimedes’ screw and diaphragm) all types of valves, actuators and gearboxes, HVAC systems, pneumatic and hydraulic fluid power systems, heat exchangers and other mechanical equipment used on oil and gas production.
