Working in a hot station and cold station. Making mise en place in daily shifting. I make some salads, sandwiches petite sandwich and canape's. Cooking ala cart'e in hot station. Paper works for daily delivery invoice and LPO. Inventory and checking expiry date daily and monthly for chiller and freezer. Working safety for food hygiene to avoid contaminations. Managing 2 branches of restaurant and leading the Chefs to highes and quality and standard food fro the satisfaction of our quest. I maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness to avoid food contamination.
I studied 2 years in Hotel and Restaurant Services. I realy like cooking and making some sweets and appetizers. So I choose food industry. I study in university for 2 years undergraduate. I took BSED Major in Pilipino. but food industry is giving me some exitment to grow up and show my skills.
