Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner;
Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customer’s requests;
Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand’s image and coordination standards;
Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required.

Greeting guests and take them to their designated table, give information about specials, handle special requests and provide waitress information;
•Develop rapport with clients and generate repeat business through friendly attitude and extensive cuisine knowledge;
•Spot VIP clients immediately and provide special treatment including preferred tables;
•Manage in-person and telephone guest inquiries, customer service requests and reservation bookings;
•Train new hosts and hostesses on service policies;
•Preparing tables for customer use, including rearranging seating and tables to accommodate large groups;
•Assisting waiters and bartender with special requests and guest inquiries.

Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders;
•Detecting therapeutic incompatibilities;
•Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals;
•Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions;
•Write reports, notes and maintain databases carried out.
