•Setup and deploy computer or assist in relocating equipment

• Social Media Resource is accountable for scheduling of social media posts for the customers which is generated through Tips Database
• Updating and editing posts (original text, images, links or HTML) using tools such as Hootsuite
• Publishing Facebook Pages in Business Manager
• Ensure that the pages are active
• Updating clients about their social media accounts through email
• Analyzing and resolving issues
• Reports to the Team Leader in production
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Set-up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of operating systems and necessary software
• Conducted computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support
• Troubleshoot and resolved system related issues in real-time to minimize operational down time
• Configured and maintained network, back-up, printer and file services on Windows 7 and 10
• Researched software/hardware products and made recommendations for upgrades
• Ensured that all systems were operating efficiently
• Maintained a daily log of system performance and noted issues
