The Actual Job Description entailed:
Managing Payroll & Statutory Returns on a monthly basis including year-end IRP5 issue including Letters of Appointment and drafting of job descriptions for small business clients
Formulating Company Policies & Procedure Manuals with the Directors and relevant Management of Small Businesses
Working on identifying the target market for the product, adoption of the marketing plan, client acquisition, negotiations, proposals, creation of marketing content such as company profiles, setting up of organisational structures & accounting systems
Managing bookkeeping from inception, capturing of data, completing & submitting the Statutory returns to SARS & Dept. of Labour / Other relevant bodies
Providing feedback on the relevant periods captured regarding ageing of Debtors, cash flow position, work in progress and VAT Reconciliations
Undertaking "What If" Scenario planning Tax Specialist
Building solid tax base by word of mouth referrals; performing bookkeeping for small businesses to trial balance
