Role:
• Taking a key role as a ‘Proposal Lead’ for the Saudi Aramco and KSA proposals.
• Addressing MEA, A.P. & India regional front offices for making proposal based upon Emerson’s Remote Automation
Solution products like PLC/RTU, Flow Computers & SCADA
• Designing techno-commercial proposals on the basis of study of request for quotation (RFQ) documents, identifying and
collecting customer inputs required for the project
• Driving kick-off meetings with respective regional sales and operation leaders.
• Generating Compliance Table, IO Summary, Bill of Material, Heat load and Power Calculations
• Preparing Price Summary, System Architecture, Technical Solution, Cabinet Designs and other related documents
• Obtaining proposals validation from assigned Project Manager in terms of Project Management Hours, Engineering Hours,
and correctness of proposed solution as well as BOM
• Generation of slide deck for tender vet (technical approval) and DOA approvals.
• Conducting presentations in front of world area leaders in different front offices for technical approval on proposed
solutions.
• Developing RFQ documents for major third-party buyout items
• Coordinating with procurement department for obtaining quotes for major third party buyouts
• Coordinating with project planner for getting Project implementation schedule
• Maintaining Risk Register for all fixed price proposals.
• Offer Peer Reviews: review Proposal documents, Costing sheets prepared by other team members.
• Ensuring quality of proposal deliverables.
• Guiding team members to form technical solution.
• Updating EDMS (Share point)
• Understanding and active participation in completion of managements KPI.
