RESPONSIBILITIES AS QA/QC INSPECTOR:
*Responsible for all of QA / QC Civil related
activities.
*Good Experience in Precast, Finishing,
Infrastructure work.
*Responsible for Precast Cages inspection. *Responsible for Pre-Pouring Inspection. *Responsible for Pouring & Post Pouring
inspection.
*Responsible for Cutting & Backfilling work &
Conduct FDT by Nuclear Method in different
Projects.
*Visual Inspection of Material as per Approved
Vendor.
*Check and review the plans & specifications for
the proper construction & quality
implementation at job site.
* Pre-inspection to ensure that all installed
materials are within the standard in conformance
to applicable drawings & specification.
*Follow Inspection and Test Plan for the Precast,
Finishing, Civil, Structural and Building Works and
carries out the various stages Inspection andTests.
*Responsible to prepare weekly and monthly
reports.
*Maintain and secure neat comprehensive filling of
documents for easy reference for future
requirements. Prepare consolidation report for
materials testing laboratory, checklist generated
during inspection and quality control inspection
report during site implementation.
*Making Inspection Request for each activity
according to ITP.
*Have experience to make Request for Information
(RFI) to Client.
* Knowledge of doing inspection according to specification and scope of work.
