Junior Architect at JSBC Lebanon, MGJ Architects, Jardak Architects
  • Lebanon - Beirut
  • January 2016 to April 2018

My work as JSBC extended from small to large scale multi-disciplinary projects. From residential to commercial use buildings, restaurant, factories.

Each project had its own criteria and requirement, from rules and regulation, as well as special regulations for factories and large scale residential projects.

Major Projects:

- Arz Faraya: 76 private villas over a 50 000 sqm land. I ensured the straight connection between the company head office of Design and the OEA (Order of engineers and architects), and the higher council of urban planning, to make sure that the project with all its phases meet the requirements of the higher council.

I was also responsible of the 3D visualization of the projects, where the end products were published online, on TV commercials as well as Road and highway panels.

- AES794: Wood factory in the heart of the mountains, this project required a clear precision in its process, to make sure that no clash occur between the safety requirement applied by the Ministry of Industry, and the building rules and regulations of the OEA.
