- Support refugees in the use of the Kiosk, a device through which the user can be able to remotely access and update her/his information.
- Facilitate orientation session at CDC level.
- Promote the use of the device within the communities.
- Be the responsible person for the kiosk troubleshooting.
- Conduct feedback sessions with refugees using the kiosk.
- Supervise the crowd management.
- Participate in meetings and trainings in/out of the centers.
- Support INTERSOS field staff in Ad-hoc activity.
- Work comfortably with diversity/all target groups.
- Support on info desk (Collect beneficiary data, provide information about the services
provided by Intersos ex: Legal, education, vocational, PSS session, psychologist...).
- Identifying cases (Low, Medium, High risk) and refer them internally or externally.
- Support protection monitors in conducting remote activities.
- Work inside outside the CDC (mobilization and outreach work).
- Identify people with specific needs and provide them with the necessary support.
- Deliver activities with different working modalities (in person, remotely or hybrid)
- Prepare a monthly schedule for OVs.
- Acting as CDC FP in the absence of the SSW.
- Reporting using LIPP and Kobo on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

accounting /Night audit.
- Helping children doing the home works.
- Working with different children that show different behaviors.
- Doing daily reports for the manager and the parents.
- Communicate with parents concerning the problems faced with each child if needed, in order
to collaborate and find the best solution.
- Using new creative tools for recreational activities based on special events held in the center.
- Remote sessions due to the lockdown during covid-19.
- Home tutoring when necessary with children that are not able to join the online classes.
