1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the MENA region in compliance with yearly recruitment plan.
2. Train and coach managers on talent acquisition and talent development processes and tools.
3. Forecast, collect and validate training needs and translate them into actionable training plans
4. Secure integration plan for new joiners including Job Description, competency repertoire, objectives and KPIs
5. Work closely with the managers to secure performance appraisal completion as well as talent management
6. Update and monitor company and departmental organization charts and provide recommendations for internal mobility
7. Ensure continuous follow up with local and regional line managers to secure HR initiatives are being entirely met according to business needs
8. Extract, monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition and development KPIs
Lead the department core banking system change and ensure training of all department employees.
Supervise the clearing team of 7 people.
Ensure payment of all checks received.
Assist in the detection of flagged names and report to compliance.
Manage the cash flow between the head office and the branches as well as with BDL and issue daily/monthly reports.
