renewable energy projects (solar and wind), battery energy storage systems, integrated water plants, and CCGT
power plants. Oversee compliance from design phase to as-built projects, including contractual (PPA, LTA, CTA),
HSE and E&S requirements.

Technical, financial and process auditing in the fast track projects of “470 MW Tashkent
Combined Cycle Power Plant (4xGE LM600 Gas Turbine, GE 2x1 Thermodyne Steam Turbine and 24
pieces Wartsila W20V34SG Gas Engines with 2 x Steam Turbine)” and “270 MW Bukhara Combine
Cycle Power Plant (28 pieces Wartsilla W20V34SG Gas Engines with 2 x Steam Turbine)” which are
constructed by Aksa Energy LCC in Tashkent and Bukhara regions.
Auditing contracts, progress payments, technical specifications, electrical calculations, MoS, BoD,
quality documents, all invoices, allowances and respectively presenting of monthly technical-
financial reports to the head administration for continuous improvement.
Analyzing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Investment Agreement (IA) and Technical Conditions
documents, which belong to National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan, to determine project
conditions, quality requirements, possible incomes and penalties and to report minimum
imperatives for all plant and 110 kV-220 kV air insulated switchyard areas respectively.
Conducting daily Gemba Walks and determine electrical quality unconformities or mismatches as
per design drawings&calculations, quality documents and local and international standards and
reporting them to technical office daily-weekly-monthly periods.

• Grid or software analysis regarding renewable, BESS applications by using the tools; DlgSILENT Power Factory,
Eplan, Powerhouse as well as with renewable programs like PVsyst, HOMER etc.
• Consultancy of hybrid, off grid, on grid inverters business developments, test activities and site installations.
• Industrial roof type and landed type PV design via PVsyst and PVsol.
• Residential and C&I PV&BESS calculations and design. (Hybrid projects)
• Consultancy for energy efficient, carbon neutral projects and grid level storage applications.
• DC or AC EV charging station applications.

• Execution of business development, sales activities and preparation of technical-commercial offers for grid
(MWh) and C&I scale li-ion battery energy storage systems.
• Identifying application and design requirements of the BESS projects (power, energy, C-rate,
technology&chemistry, project life, round trip efficiency and POI requirements).
• To analyze of business models of BESS projects and assessing the financial feasibility (CAPEX-OPEX,
over-design or augmentation strategy, Payback, ROI, IRR and Net Present Value).
• Generation analysis of PV-BESS, WPP-BESS, Hybrid-BESS etc. Estimation of revenues, costs and total energy
injected annually.
• To make introductory speeches on battery storage technologies at fairs, civil society organizations and
universities.

• Electrical quality control engineer/inspector in the project of 750 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant (4x
125 MW GE 9E Gas Turbine)
which is committed by GE-ENKA co-operation in Basra/Iraq. My main job
descriptions can be described as follows:
• Conducting and coordinating inspections on site, determine quality control inspection test plan for
electrical works (earthing/lightning, LV and HV systems, low voltage systems, electrical and I&C
equipments, cathodic protection and heat tracing systems).
• Preparing ITP documents and reviewing the design of electrical works as per ANSI/ UL / CSA / EN / IEC /
ISO standards.
• Executing and documentation of detailed electrical test plans, test cases, and following up defect reports
(NCR) and punch list.
• Reviewing and approving quality requirements of technical documents and quality plans.
• Attending the internal or external walk-down organization with technical team and customer.
• Keeping record of inspection documents and prepare turnover packaging documents to hand on finished
subsystem to the customer.

• Leading customer claims, creation of containment, preventive actions, follow up and finalize the action
plan, measurement of actions efficiency.
• Perform electrical tests of low voltage switchboards as per IEC 61439-1-2 standards and join FAT with
customers to lead their claims.
• Auditing production lines and project offices regularly and reporting to Offer Quality Leader.
• Performing 6 Sigma and project applications.
• Performing Process Control Plan and applications and carrying out FMEA and application & risk analysis.
• Performing A3 problem solving, 8D, Kaizen, cause & effect & 5why applications.
• Analyzing of MQDs by creating pareto charts for different headlines and taking killing actions for MQD in
manufacturing side.
• Implementing standard changings on products and processes, apply test methods regarding to
International Standards.

• Preparing and managing periodic, preventative and predictive maintenances for all auxiliary facilities of
the plants.
• Possessing high voltage operation certificate given by Chambers of Electrical Engineers in Turkey for
high voltage systems and leading periodic measurements such as earthing, lightning, lighting etc.
• Conducting high and low voltage systems of the plants and following up consumptions, power quality
components (short circuit and harmonics etc.), reactive compensation systems, and providing sustainable
energy (calculating the necessity of UPS, chillers, compressors and stand-by generator etc.)
• Reporting of electrical risks, equipment documentation, designing offices and factory fields via
acclimatization and enlightenment calculations comply with standards (IEC, CENELEC, VDE, TSE)
• Supervising industrial automation and monitoring works (PLC, SCADA, energy analyzers etc.)
• Leading CAPEX&OPEX and budgets of the projects.
• Supervising energy efficiency projects, participating and supporting lean, TPM and kaizen activities.
• Organizing, managing and supervising the sub-contractors, controlling progress payments and recon
projects. Following up low current systems (network, fiber and communication substructure, security
systems such as card entrance, IP cameras)

• Preparing electrical projects, calculations (thermal, magnetic etc.) and bid prices of oil immersed type
distribution transformers which are up to 36 kV voltage level. Perform electrical test of transformers as
per IEC 60076 standards.
