I increased company profitability three times by increasing sales volume with finding new customers, decreasing production cost by optimizing concrete recipes, restructuring organization of company and renewing concrete factories and equipments of company, reducing the raw material cost and overall cost by negotiating with all suppliers of company.
To check the quality of cements, all cementitious materials like coal, petcoke, slag, fly ash, limestone, sand and clinkers which are sold all over the world, and to find and match new clinker and cement producers with the customer's needs.
Key achievements;
I increased customer satisfaction by checking quality, production processes and export operations of suppliers to provide higher quality products to customers. I visited most of main the raw material quarries, cement and clinker producer and exporter all over the world to check their production steps, raw material quality and export operations,
I am expert in organizing and running sea-born export operations of cement, clinker, coal, petcoke, cementitious raw materials like slag, fly ash, sand, bauxite, iron ore, marln, limestone with big size vessels all over the world to reduce export cost.

I increased the profitability of company by making research and development project to replace more slag with clinker in cement and concrete production while keeping high quality of product to satisfy the customer. After this project, company profitability was increased almost quadruple,
To establish Alternative Fuel Research Laboratory and to analyze waste materials that can be used as a alternative fuel for clinker production, to make research about alternative fuel and raw materials that are proper for chemistry of clinker production processes and to search literature and market to find new materials and chemicals for cement production in Quality and Improvement Department. Also, to do all related work for ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Accreditation.
Key achievements;
I established new environmental laboratory from scratch to accreditation. After accreditation, run laboratory commercially to produce margin,
I found the new raw material and waste material that can be used raw material and fuel in clinker and cement to reduce production cost of cement and clinker,
I am expert in chemical and physical test of cementitious raw materials, alternative fuel and fuel like coal, petcoke, oil and preparing raw material and fuel mix recipes for clinker and cement production processes.
