● Development of company BIM Project Delivery system (Revit-based) for 100% self-perform, $220m United States Embassy Campus. Development included; view templates, project templates, Revit families (arch., structural, MEPF)
● Assists Project Controls Engineer and Project Engineer in setting up Revit view templates, sheet templates and file usage; sorts out coordination issues with the design teams
● Troubleshoot and implement changes, updates to Revit delivery system.
● Train self-perform modelers on platform usage and best practices.
● Trains team members and helps resolve coordination issues.
● Supplement self-perform modelers with shop drawing production as necessary including fabrication workflows (Sysque, CAMDuct)
● Creates clash reports and coordination reports using Navisworks Manage
● Model-based quantity takeoffs for senior project engineers and superintendent's direct procurement (AMEPS scopes)
● Quality control to ensure model compliance with approved submittals and RFIs.
● Managed, as-built creation, verification, associated model updates, redlines, and progress reporting (for P6) to ensure BIM models were always “live”.
● Development of different company BIM Delivery System (100% Revit based) that
involves architectural, structural and MEPF models, mostly UK based projects
● Revises RFI's for complicated clashes to the engineers and RFA's for simple clashes
that can be adjusted without consulting to them.
● Manages work load of a 10-man team, assigned to different projects to assure quality
of deliverables
● Coordinates with the design review team of the company
● Development of BIM Delivery System (100% Revit based) for various local projects
around the Philippines. Deliverables include structural shop drawings, specifically
quantity modeling of rebars of different structural elements (columns, beams, etc.)
● 3D Modeling using Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP.
● 3D Modeling with coordination to all trades involve ( Architectural - Structural -
MEPFS )
● Revises RFI's for complicated clashes to the engineers and RFA's for simple clashes
that can be adjusted.
● Coordinates with the design review team of the company
● Drafts minor architectural, structural and interior design plans using Autocad, Revit
Architecture and Google Sketch-up.
● Attends to client meetings to discuss requirements and execute better design output.
● Provides 3D developments of designs depending on client’s requirements.
● Drafts, renders and executes projects from concept development to revisions up until
all client standards are met and implemented.
