• Records transactions by logging accountable forms; Manager’s check, official receipts, passbook and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports
• Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch representative
• Completes special requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks; exchanging foreign currencies.
• Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; turning in excess cash to head teller; maintaining supply of cash and currency.
• Printing and reviewing day to day reports.
• Complies with bank operations and security procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Bills Payment - processes payment for utilities, real state, credit cards, booking, contributions and loans, etc.
• Mall Information booths - assists customers regarding mall directions and concerns.
And also sells prepaid products.
• Government Services - processes PSA (Philippines Statistics Authority) Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate,
Death Certificate and CENOMAR, DTI business registration, SSS and Pag-Ibig contributions and loans.
