RESPONSABILITIES :
- Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
- Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
- Get acquainted with QCS as part of Specification References
- Review the project’s permit drawing in relation to IFC Drawings
- Review the submittals (shop drawings, materials, method statements, proposals, As-built and …..etc).
- Assist in the technical review of the contractor Schedule and advice his comments therein.
- Evaluate the value engineering ideas and its conformity with Project Specifications, Standards & Regulations.
- Review & Response the contractor’s Queries & RFI .
- Monitoring contractors team in performing inspection of all electrical works to ensure proper quality is always maintained .
- Attending progress & Coordination meetings

RESPONSABILITIES :
- Act on behalf of the client to ensure that the principal consultant & Contractor are pro-Active in discharging
- Notify Consultant / Contractor of defects - Undertake the role of client representative for sensible monitoring of site construction activities and assure that an effective site practices is in place
- Track and escalate any deviations / change from the agreed work instruction and design through to the project consultant
- Site Coordination with Consultant / Contractor / Client
- Technical advisory and construction documentation reviews from maintenance and facilities management prospective
- support value engineering assessments as required - Ensure the contractor& Consultant full compliance with all contract Deliverable and service outputs
- Liaise with all external Service Providers and authorities ensuring all local legislation
- Managing the maintenance of Various electrical systems including power distribution and telecommunications, Also maintenance for 24 LV rooms & Transformers . 120 Billers, 1300 Street Lighting Poles & Decorative light fitting of landscape

- Complete several type of Projects \[ Commercial& Residential\] from Excavation to handing over
-Responsible for the delivery of electrical services on site, including: small power, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm, security systems, HV/LV switchgear, UPS, Generators amongst others.
