. Western Upper Egypt Desert Road (Aug 2020 - May 2021) - 60M EGP: Site Manager for 10 km highway development. Achieved 6M EGP cost savings. Delivered ahead of schedule enhancing regional connectivity.
 Belbeis Desert Road Rehabilitation (Feb 2020 - Jun 2020) - 10M EGP: Led Road renewal while maintaining active traffic. Completed on time by implementing innovative traffic diversion and work scheduling strategies.
 Sheikh Zayed Villa (Jun 2020 - Aug 2020) - 3M EGP: Managed complete villa construction. Delivered ahead of schedule with high-quality finishes meeting all client specifications
. Ahalina Housing Project 2 (Nov 2019 - Feb 2020) - 50M EGP: Directed finishing works for three residential towers. Completed all activities meeting quality standards and project milestones.

A social housing project next to the Sixth of October Airport  Managed the execution, overseeing construction activities for 7 residen al units from excavation to concrete and finishing works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing project resources.
