Providing procurement function support to Support Maintenance, Planning and Operation to obtain services/materials and execute sourcing plans activity as align with plant strategy to deliver the best value to the organization. Work closely with Operations, maintenance and warehouse to ensure to meet their demands in secure their needs to ensure the operational activity of the company profitable.
Main duties:
• Develops and implements a sourcing strategy that include; equipment, materials (Spare Parts & Consumables) and industrial services.
• Monitor and manage contracts compliance, performance and commitments.
• Perform buying duties for all departments, including meeting with suppliers and preparing for contract negotiations.
• MRO Inventory (Optimize Lead Time and On time delivery)
• Supports in implementation of quality, efficient and cost effective
• Work with the team to perform related activities to meet the t target setting, mid-year reviews and year-end performance.
Responsible in providing procurement activity, including procuring goods and services in accordance with policy and procedure/operational plan; providing guidance, advice and support to ensure procurement processes are effective, efficient, and ethical and provide the best possible value.
Main duties:
• Preparing and issuing tender invitation packages in coordination with internal departments
• Negotiate with Suppliers and get the best value
• Supports in development, implementation of policies and procedures
• Provides support to the management in the finalization and awards the supplier.
• Responsible in the supervision and monitoring the performance of third party activity related to projects milestone
• Reviewing agreements’ documentation in coordination with the Legal Department with regards to terms and conditions to ensure better business environment.
• Maintain an updated database on active contracts, purchase reports and spending, and advise management.
Assist in company’s Human Resource function in a variety of personnel related administrative duties in;
•Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
•Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
•Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations )
•Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys ) and take minutes
•Assist in employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
•Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves)
•Assist handle complaints and grievance procedures
•Assist in orientation to newly hired employees
•Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
