Senior Quality Officer
Supporting business and welfare units operating a wide range of projects / activities: recyclable waste sorting, infectious waste treatment, health unit, mobility mechanical equipment production, ecological tourism, … in aligning their operations with the laws and according standards and best practices.
Supporting ISO 9001:2015 certified offices and support functions (departments) within the organization: Fundraising office, Logistics and procurement department, HR department.
Promoting ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System -standard among business and welfare units / departments through the following:
Identifying the internal and external factors affecting the business decisions and strategy (SWOT and PESTEL analyses)
Mapping the risks and their significance, and setting prevention and mitigation action plans
Setting SMART quality objectives and KPIs, and regularly assessing them
Developing new records / procedures / processes and updating the existing for continuous improvement
Conducting ISO9001:2015 internal audits and on-site inspections
Investigating the non-conformities
Conducting relevant trainings
Following-up on customer feedback and complaints
Preparing and facilitating the external audits
Drafting the specifications and testing instructions for received and produced items
Developing new policies and procedures to comply with International norms and donors’ requirements (Procurement manual at the Logistics department)
Initiating the quality management system for uncertified business units (ex. Special education unit )
Assisting an agriculture engineer specialized in animal production in the following:
Consultancy services for poultry husbandry
Planning and selling poultry slaughtering lines and animal feed lines as well as poultry rearing equipment.
Drafting and comparing offers, coordinating with suppliers, responding to clients’ inquiries, preparing for exhibitions
Planning monthly visits to pharmacies, demonstrating medical equipment
