•Keeping & maintaining financial updates on day basis.
•Coordination with the concern Government Department.
•Conduct & Design Reports for the Whole Project.
•Make pictures of the FGD’s, Interviewing House Hold & the critical area of the flood hit.
•Organize Venue for the session of FGD’s in many location of the area.
•Team distribution to insure timely finishing in every day.
•Make necessary correction of the Questionnaire & provide qualitative data.

•Preparation/Translation of Rules & Regulation for the employees.
•Daily Logistic reports, fuel consumption, average fuel/km to make sure transparency.
•Staff perdiem, attendance & progress reports.
