• Responsible for Bahrain region sales, Rapid Access portfolio and services, developing business and market demand, coordination and solid relationship building with customers.
• Identify new leads and sale opportunities and secure the business deal coordinating requirements, developing and negotiation hire.
• Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance ensuring that all aspects of the hire are in a smooth and systematic manner.
• Responsible for account management for both new and existing customer, Redeveloping business with Lapse and Dormant accounts on agreed percentage.
• Ensuring the sales progress are meeting the company strategic business plan and targets are met in accordance with key performance indicators.
• Identifying business improvement for Bahrain market, product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• As nice as it is, Bahrain was new country and new sale territory, to roll up my sleeve and building relationship with customer, it was going to be challenging and having additional privilege to perform, this is something special courage I will take with me. • Responsible for Sales, business development of wide portfolios of products, Power solution, construction, earth moving machines, affiliate dominating brand Hyundai, WackerNeuson, Rotair, Nifty, Everdigm, Weichai, establishing new branch in central region and developing market demand and Direct reported to GM.
• Leading the power solution in central branch, sale and hire power generators range 20KVA to1250 KVA, also offer customized shutdown and backup Power solutions to meet bigger load demands for commercial and industrial.
• Actively prospect for new customers, opportunities led and negotiated the deal to provide variety of equipment’s within the designated sector and Maintaining and developing business.
• Conducting site surveys, meeting with clients, analyzing projects requirements and market update to management quarter by quarter.
• First point of contact with customers and ensure that services and solution exceed customer expectation, leading to increasingly repeatable and scalable orders.
• Closely following the payment with client to make sure incoming cash smooth.
• Collaborative work with management to Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on equipment availability, equipment utilization, review and developing strategic plan for better approach of business in operating area and during my tenure we double the size of fleet and buinsess.

ðð²ð¹ð¶ðð²ð¿ð®ð¯ð¹ð²:
• Manage production operation activities of industrial generator diesel and natural gas unit.
• Responsible for developing making and modification of electrical control and power circuit diagram, control panel structure from the design phase to the production and customization according the customer/user end requirement.
• Leading the electrical electrical section team to manage task and all electrical aspects, report to the production manager daily and weekly basis.
• Handle the task of project and monitor inventories and initiate material requisition for project.
• Undertaking the unit’s inspection, control-wiring systems, electrical and mechanical, testing Generators, checking steady performance and providing effective support before shipment.
• Manage the feedback of technical support and problem from after sales and after sale department.
• Mentoring training of electrical staff and internees, coordination with services personnel and consultants.
• Attended pre/post sales meetings with senior management to handle technical issues, analyze scenarios to meet customer need and standards.
