Inspection of excavation, compaction, and Field Density test(FDT) prior to lean concrete work.
• InspectionofFormandReinforcementworkforfootingsandfoundationpriorto concrete and giving clearance for concrete work.
• Monitoring the concrete pouring work including air content test, slump test and temperature of concrete and ensure that enough number of vibrators are used for concrete work.
• Monitoring and inspection of honeycomb rectification on concrete are a prior to surface preparation.
• Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals, foundation and retaining wall prior to the application of water proof bituminous coat.
• Inspection of waterproof bituminous coating applications on foundation and giving clearance for back filling.
• Inspection of tank foundations including ring wall foundation, anchor bolts, backfilling with the approved materials.
• Monitoring and inspection for the major civil works such as cooling tower, Precast Pipe rack casting and erection, Ethylene compressor, Extrusion, Silos, Foundation, etc.
• Locationandevaluationinspectionofequipmentfoundationswhichincludesanchor bolts and embedded plates.
• Inspection & supervision of building finishing such as floor (Vinyl tile, ceramic tile carpet tile, granite access floor etc.) ceiling gypsum board ceiling, suspended liner aluminum ceiling) waterproofing etc.
• Inspection of cast in site columns works and witnessing the plate load test.
• Co-ordinate to vireos disciplines Engineers on site must implement the directions of the client representatives.
• It is the prime duty to hold any activities not complying with the approved standers and specification.
• Preparing weekly report of inspection activities.
• Ensure that project construction activities are conducted in accordance with quality system.
• Experience in Quality Control Works and quality assurance for the products with the relevant standards.
• Responsible for monitoring all civil works, fabrication or Re-bar works.
• Responsible in the investigation of the prepared grade before concreting start, in conformity with the plan and specification.
• Inspection of form and reinforcement work for footing and foundation prior to concrete and giving clearance for concrete work.
• Quality control and inspection of all site works, taking samples of Materials Quality control of materials Inspection of Steel erection before pouring concrete for R.C.C retaining wall, Quality control of ready mix concrete.
• Looking after QA/QC for the concrete work along with the materials for the required items to be used.
• Making daily progress report.
• Inspection of waterproof bituminous coating applications on foundations and giving clearance for back filling with the approved materials.
• Check Re-bar size, number of re-bars used for the structure, overlap, development length etc.
• Checking bolt location, size of bolt, Top of bolt elevation and embedded parts.
• Check paving concrete with the proper slope, expansion joint and construction joint.
• Field destiny test, Inspecting Shuttering to plump prior to pouring concrete rebar checking according to the design, Slump test, Compressive strength test, etc.
• Backfilling and compaction activities of civil work which involves in quality control and follow up specification as per requirement.
• Checking of bar bending after fixing and cutting, shuttering fixing axis and center line.
• Preparation of control profile and co-ordination with supplier.
• Q.C work inspection of material at site, verification of work before start and during work.
• Review weekly and monthly evaluation.
• Conducting the monthly audit of sub contractor's document.
• Verify all samples, certificates of laborites and field test and maintain all filling system for all quality control procedures, record, report etc.
• Inspection of earthwork and concreting jobs.
