• Troubleshooting and resolving any SIP Trunk-related issues like lagging, fluctuations, and E2E reachability that Jazz has provided through Cloud on NGN Servers.
• Design and develop operation procedures for Applications (JAZZCASH) fault handling and reporting criteria for the Operations team.

• Auto email/SMS alerts enablement for IP Network performance via UFM.
• Provisioning L2 & L3 connectivity for customers through ISP network, including multiple scenarios, like P2P, PMP, 3GAAS, Fiber, or through Third-Party Interconnects, depending upon the customer requirements and proposed solution.

• Operational Access of Huawei U2000, NCE, Ericsson SoEM, and Ericsson IPTNMS (Circuit/Packet) for the accessibility of NE Cards to check the configuration parameters and operational alarms and proceed for escalation along with raising WO \[work orders\] and its implementation.
• Proactive Monitoring Device logs and traffic patterns, identification, and resolution of observed anomalies.
• Performance Gauging of Network Support Issues, Customer Provisioning, Support Tickets, and team performance, keeping in view the defined SLA.
