• Serving as a primary and single point of contact for all IT related issues and enquiries.

• Propose IT solutions, implement the requirements accordingly and coordinate with the in-house and outsourced
development team.
• Identify areas of improvement in the current applications and recommend changes to increase overall efficiency.
• Train users in new and existing IT systems and prepare end-user manuals.
• Liaison with the higher management to provide update on the project status, priorities, roadblocks, and project
completion time.
• Performed all levels of testing (System and Integration) and communicate the findings to the development team.
• Facilitate meetings across departments using agendas, minutes, and follow-up communication to ensure execution
of action items.
• Gathered requirements from the business users and created functional and requirements specifications documents.
• Designed WPF Forms and User Controls using XAML language for interactive UI.
