Structured two leasing (Ijara Wa Iqtina) transactions for residential cum commercial centre in the holy city of Makkah
•Planned an Istisna'a for a holiday resort in Jeddah
•Managed a mixed investment portfolio in excess of US$50 Million
Raised in excess of US$250 Million for projects in countries such as:
Pakistan: Raised US$75 Million for the HUB River project funded by the Islamic Development Bank
Increased the portfolio I was given from SR.100 Million to approx. SR.400 Million
•Structured the first Islamic transaction
