Job description: Assist and aid the Chairman of the board and the Managing director,
in all aspects of the business.
Supervise the preparation of reports. Communicate with clients for
Import & Export sales. Follow up on the paper work for shipments.
Compile, store, and retrieve Sales administration data, using
computer. Supervise clerical staff; assign responsibilities for staff
members. Managed the operation of the vessel owned by the
company, i.e: contacting brokers and agents, follow shipments,
payments and certification. Have supervised and contributed to the
launching of the website for the company.
Launched a branch in Dubai and handled the whole trading business through there.

Maintaining company and staff records, act as a liaison between the
