Multinational forces for Observers (MFO)
- Manage the work in the site according to the project plan and handling the work every day.
- Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client.
- Liaise with any consultant, subcontractor, supervisors, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in the project.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.

- Organize production and delivery of the precast segments to the Tunnel site.
- Ensure that operations are carried out in a way that prevents incidents and preserves personnel health/welfare and environment. Suspend work execution in case of danger.
- Place the necessary orders, manage and control deliveries and delivered products to ensure appropriate stocks are maintained.
- Organize, manage and control segment storage at the production factory.
- Organize and manage delivery of the segments to the Tunnel site in close cooperation with Tunnel pouring team.
