Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategies of workforce planning that aligns
with our company's business objectives.
Develop and update recruitment policies and procedure in regard of internal hiring, formation of
interview committee and competency-based interview assessments.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and
job fairs.
Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Conduct research/benchmark studies, propose effective ways and drive implementation to attract and retain talents.
Assess and continue improve high potential identification, development, succession planning and organization design processes.
Develop and drive strategic workforce planning and identify future capabilities and skills gaps, and conduct workforce assessment.
Develop and execute employee engagements strategy and initiatives.
Develop and Liaise HR strategies and policies to achieve organization objectives and goals.
Modify and maintain position, organization and Job title in SAP.
Control Manpower of Direct Hire and Contractors.
Prepare total company Manpower status report in monthly basis.
Developing Succession plan for Spine and leadership positions.
Prepare and Drive Strategic Workforce Plan.
Responsible for Professional and Para- Professional Recruitment for local and overseas Recruitment.
Building quarterly and annually hiring plans.
Partner with Hiring managers to get strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
Developing Job description.
Handing Recruitment & Mobilization Process.
Team member of Handing payments collections.
Handling Employee relationships.
Successfully completed the transfer of more than 1800 employees in the first quarter of 2018.
Developed a database management structure.
