Receive customers requests for quotation / proposal documents for
analyzation and identify the scope of work
Allocate the required resources for commencing the scope of work
Prepare the quotation / proposal for the bid technically and
commercially
Attend pre-bid and post-bid clarifications meetings to respond to clients
inquiries and collect more information about the requested scope of
work
Coordinate with external firms to manage outsourcing requirements and
ensure successful completion of the requested SOW
Analyze the terms and conditions for the received contracts before
acknowledgement of acceptance and start negotiation process

Assigned to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects to work closely
with FEC consultant to conduct site visits to power plants, substations,
control buildings, warehouses and HQs all over KSA
Collecting information on existing fire protection systems to prepare
audits reports and fire risk assessments to the active and passive fire
protection systems
Communicating with SEC responsible staff for arranging required
meetings, documents, and site visits coordination

Development of material master list for ERP system
Certifying payments for subcontractors
Following up of budget quantities for ongoing projects
Following up with other departments to ensure smooth payment
certification procedure

Designing fire Protection system for buildings according to SBC-201,
SBC-801 and National Fire Protection Association
Writing fire safety compatibility reports for Civil Defense

Conducting and Supervising Electrical Submersible Pumps Installation
