• Prepare of conceptual and detailed design calculations, layouts and sketches.
• Optimized mechanical system and space planning for various technical rooms to achieve suitable design solutions reflecting
client's requirements.
• Verify system design including drawings and all mechanical calculations.
• Follow up with construction requirements, material submittals and RFIs.
• Lead generation, Technical presentation, Commercial Negotiations, Site Visit.
• Air Conditioning Cooling Load calculations, Heat Load Estimation, Duct Sizing and Selection.
• Chilled water pipe design and pump head calculation, selection of chilled water pumps
• Calculation of static pressure of Blowers & Pumps and their selection
• Selection of Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, Exhaust Fan, Blower and other accessories
