• Developing and implementing sales plans on new opportunities

• Participating in Sales visits to Production locations of Pulp & Paper (US, Europe and East Asia) and Pulp & Paper customers (mainly Middle East) markets
• Participating in seminars, conferences and other public forums promoting company activities and products
• Supervising and training Sales Assistants in carrying out their duties
• Managing profitability of this line of the business for the company
• Formulating business plans and developing market intelligence to sustain ongoing business growth
• Preparing the list of companies and customers based on their type of activity and products and sending emails and making follow up to plan to meet the potential customers
• Transferring the full report of the meeting and especially the customer's requests to the technical department and laboratory
• Following up the orders and sending the samples of essences and flavours
• Re-visiting customers and finalizing the selected materials
