Job role includes: Reporting directly to the Finance Director. Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reports, cash flow forecasting. Liaise with company auditors to ensure all accounts are prepared in accordance with legislative requirements. Maintain and update Xero and Salesforce. Organise management meetings and appointments (Business and Personal). Prepare monthly salaries and maintain staff records including but not limited to visa applications, contracts, medical insurance.

Job role includes: Running bought ledger, entering invoices onto accounts software, reconciling supplier balances with supplier statements, reconcile bank including entering payments onto account systems. Maintain and reconcile petty cash. Reconcile credit card and posting to systems. Raise and reconcile invoices, create customer statements, ensure customers pay on time. Purchasing - raising purchase orders, agree prices with suppliers, check stock availability and lead times. Raise NCR's. Import/Export documentation, dealing with customs and arranging haulage. General HR; Holidays, sick records travel arrangements and NDA's. Meet and greet visitors and provide refreshments.

Inventory Manager - Job role includes: Leading a team of stock controller's in receiving and recording new stocks that come in, and moving them to their proper location. Manage inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials. Monitoring the quality of stock coming in, faults are reported to the Managing Director and Suppliers. Ensuring the assembly staff have enough available kits for production. Production meetings, feedback to the Managing Director of the current stock levels and daily figures of production. Preparing products for shipment to customers with relevant goods out paperwork. Part of the ISO9001 implementation team.
