Responsible for increasing warehouse productivity, improving the process flow of Material Management team, process optimization by data driven analysis in Sidra Medicine - an ultramodern, all-digital academic medical center for women and children in Qatar.
Material Management Operation:
Responsible the Inbound and Outbound Operations of the Medical warehouse, supporting 135 departments on regular medical consumables.
Work in coordination with the distribution team and review the practices for better end user experience.
Analyze the issuance and consumption data and implement data driven improvements in the practices to improve the efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Managed and coordinated the perimeter security system enhancement project for the Hamad International Airport, Doha.
• Supervised the installation of radar and thermal imaging cameras as per the drawing and schedule.
• Maintenance of security scanning equipment installed for Qatar Petroleum.
• Maintain and record all sales and purchase orders.
